• You will be checking into the accomodation where you will be spending the week. This is Chamberlain Halls, which is situated in Glen Eyre Halls Complex. These are newly built halls. An interactive tour is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTn1_L1v8k8
• Please note the postcode is: SO16 3UD if you are driving. You will be given a car parking permit on arrival – this permit is only for parents / carers who will be dropping you off and helping you unpack on the Sunday. Its not to keep your car at the halls for a week.
• If you are getting the bus from the train station – the U2 bus now stops at Chamberlain Halls – it will be obvious when you get there but please ask the bus driver to make sure. For a single bus ticket it costs £2.50.

• Check-in will be from 2-6pm. If you will be arriving after 6pm then please let me know so I can tell our mentors to wait for you to accompany you to dinner or make alternative arrangements for you. 
• The keys will be given to you by halls staff and there will be signage within the halls to direct you there as well as our mentors.
• If you are here earlier than 2pm, we request you wait in the Chamberlain Common Room or you buy yourself a drink at the local Costa https://tinyurl.com/yckr8zr3
• Dinner will be at 7pm. You will be with other students from the course and mentors.
